Job description:
A unique opportunity for a customer service support professional to join an
award winning surveillance technology company in supporting our global customer base.
• Providing first line support to customers.
• Leading a team of 3-5 customer support staff.
• Create rotas for the customer support team.
• Produce weekly reports.
• Identifying hardware or software issues.
• Speaking to the customer to quickly get to the root of their problem and following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• As part of a small team the person appointed will also need to be a flexible team player.
• Providing administrative assistance to the GDPR team.
• Assisting with software development projects.
• Screening emails and telephone calls.

Desirable:
Knowledge of CCTV / surveillance systems
Knowledge of GDPR
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Location:
Mix of Office based in Newcastle upon Tyne - NE6 and REMOTE
Working hours:
Flexible from 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri
Some weekend coverage may be required
